SMS control and setup command

* After getting the NOT READY FOR SETTINGS reply, unit is going to normal mode.
* In normal mode, the unit connects to the GPRS using the APN, USER NAME and GPRS password
afterward the unit is connecting to the IP ADDRESS with the REMOTE PORT.
* After the connection to the remote computer established the unit replies: CONNECT and from now on,
transfer to the serial port.
* When the connection has lost the unit reply: NO CARRIER and try to reconnect to the remote computer.
Setup mode
* Turn on the unit
* Wait for reply: READY FOR SETTINGS
* The unit is waiting 10 seconds to get in the setup mode,
if within this 10 seconds the word: set (low case) has been hit, the unit go to Setup mode.
* When unit has got in to setup mode the unit reply: GO TO SETTINGS MODE
if the unit did’t got in setup mode, the unit reply: NOT READY FOR SETTINGS
* In setup mode there are 5 commands that can be sent to the unit:
1. Help - gives the list of all supported commands
2. 0:APN,GPRS USER,GPRS PASSWORD - the setup of the GPRS
3. 1:IP ADDRESS,REMOTE PORT - the setup of the remote IP and port
4. BR=BAUDE RATE - the setup of the baud rate
5. exit - exit setup mode and reboot the unit
