Software Applications

GateTel software capabilities include taking projects from concept through design, prototyping, debugging, and production. Firmware and Middleware development for various platforms (Linux, Python, etc.) including the development of a customer-specific application or providing Open Source code, allowing customers' software development team to develop their own proprietary application.

The net result is a quick time-to-market and lowest development cost.

Cloud Applications

 

GateTel's products/devices include seamless connectivity with cloud services. Customer can select a Cloud platform that is provided by GateTel, or set up their own private Cloud.

GateTel terminals support Telit DeviceWise.

Gate Opener - EZ863H

 

The application opens a gate once a phone number from the unit's white list calls.

GPS Sender - EZ863H

 

A simple AVL application.

The application sends the unit location with additional data (such as local area code, cell ID, inputs, etc.).

GSM Alert - EZ863H

 

This application monitors veriaty of sensors and sends SMS (Text Message) to a list of phone numbers in case of alert.

The sensors can be:

 

  • Up to 7 digital dry contacts

  • 2 x 4-20 mA sensors

  • Up to 4 x 1-wire bus temperature sensros

  • GateTel RF sensors

 

 

The data can be uploaded to a cloud application.

EZcounter - EZ863H

 

The application captures and sends via HTTP protocol up to 4 counters inputs and up to 20 MODBUS RTU registers connected to the unit's RS485\RS232 port. 

EZmeter - EZ863H

 

The application sends to a server repeatedly, following predifined interval, its digital and analog input values.

In addition the application monitors inputs and sends additional records (notifications) upon a change occurance.

Suites for fuel monitoring, generator monitoring, temperature monitoring, etc. 

Dedicated server.

 

Open VPN MODBUS RTU - EZmoto

 

The application listens to incomming TCP MODBUS connection and translates the connection to RS485 RTU protocol locally.

In addition, the TCP is wrapped with VPN for security.

MODBUS WRT  - EZmoto

 

The application listens to incomming TCP MODBUS connection and translates the connection to RS485 RTU protocol locally.

In addition, the application includes up to 16 GPIO's with the following functions:

 

  • 4 x ADC

  • 1 x 1WIRE (up to 4 temperature sensors)

  • 4 x counters

  • 4 x digital inputs

  • 3 x open collectors

RS232 Transparent - GT Series

 

The application transfers RS232 protocol over TCP protocol.
